The spec suite at 80 M exemplifies thoughtful detail and design throughout the entire space. With an impressive ceiling height of 17 feet, contemporary finishes, and expansive windows that shed natural light on the space, Pizzano Contractors delivered a space where style meets functionality - on time and within budget. 80 M Street is the first ever mass timber office building in Washington, DC, and was awarded the Best Sustainable Development by The Washington Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals in 2023.
