Lerner decided to re-position their property, Tower 2000, by renovating the main lobby, entry, and landscaping while adding modern, luxury amenities. The challenge was to accomplish this while keeping the lobby and existing amenities operational.

Pizzano coordinated carefully with property management to phase the project and ensure that tenants were able to use the lobby throughout the schedule.The project included a new fitness center, leasing office, mail room, theater room, club room, refreshed facade, landscaping, and fully upgraded finishes throughout the lobby.
