After moving to their space just a few years ago, Cobalt quickly grew and found themselves in need of additional space. Their challenge was to expand their offices while matching their existing finishes to create a seamless transition. The Wingate Hughes team was meticulous in matching the existing design where possible, and selecting complimentary finishes.
Pizzano collaborated with Cobalt to understand their needs and devise a phasing plan that allowed Cobalt's offices to remain occupied and business to continue uninterrupted during construction. Custom glass film highlights Cobalt's brand on all office fronts, while raw concrete columns and ceilings deliver the industrial look Wingate Hughes aimed for. New offices, conference room, bike room, and open work areas were added in the expansion.
