Pizzano Contractors partnered with Antunovich Associates and CCS Project Management to transform a dark core shell space into an inviting and modern office space for a high-tech renewable energy company establishing their new headquarters in Washington, DC.
In this 10,000 SF space, Pizzano collaborated with Antunovich Associates and CCS Project Management to convert an existing 2-story building with abandoned facilities into a modern and well-lit office with state-of-the-art fixtures. This project was faced with post-pandemic lead time challenges. Through creative team work Pizzano was able to overcome these challenges and deliver a modern, industrial space featuring large exterior windows, a cantilevered canopy structure with stained wood ceilings and an inviting new storefront. The transformation of this space has made a significant contribution to improving the overall visual infrastructure of the local neighborhood.
