The R Street Institute is a free market think tank advancing real solutions to complex public policy problems. Quickly outgrowing its old office, the R Street Institute needed a space that reflected its free-thinking ideology.

Pizzano teamed up with OTJ Architects to change what was previously a classic law firm layout into a flexible floor plan with a large event space and surrounding offices. The project included open ceilings, accented bulkheads and company branding features throughout.
