Brandywine Realty Trust set out to create an adaptable work space that could serve not only as a building amenity for existing tenants but also as a swing space for those needing short-term space or additional flexibility. Bex allows any Brandywine tenant to stop in and work or relax in a convenient, stylishly appointed environment. Private offices and conference rooms are also available for reservation.
MGMA provided a welcoming design for the first floor Bex suite. Bex caters to all varieties of private and collaborative work including a communal bar table, plug and play sit/stand workstations, private conference and huddle rooms, comfortable lounge space along with a shared pantry area. Glass front offices and call rooms, open ceilings, clean lines, and premium finishes highlight the space. Delivering on the promise of MGMA's design was a challenge Pizzano welcomed. Acute attention to quality and detail was paid throughout the project to realize the design. Pizzano delivered the Bex space on time and within budget - producing a showpiece amenity for all of Brandywine's tenants.
