Aveda Institute, an eco-conscious, wellness-oriented alternative to traditional beauty schools, was opening a new 10,000 square foot location at Ballston Commons. Pizzano Contractors was selected, and worked with Aveda and Diag Studios through the preconstruction process to deliver a landmark space.
The Aveda Arts & Science Institute at Ballston Commons features a specialty reflector epoxy flooring system, specialty lighting, glass, and millwork throughout. Aveda branding components were incorporated through the design, most notably in the retail area.
