To prepare for naming their Centreville, Virginia complex as their corporate headquarters, Parsons engaged Pizzano Contractors on four projects to renovate existing suites totaling 25,000 SF. The most critical phase, however, was the 5,000 SF buildout of the new executive suite. A relationship built on the success of the previous three projects made Pizzano an easy choice to realize HOK's innovative design.
HOK's design incorporated several premium, custom finishes - fabric panels, demountable glass systems, custom lighting, burnished concrete floors, and reclaimed wood accents. With the amount of specialty materials on the project, great care was taken to ensure that materials were procured to arrive within schedule. Pizzano worked closely with its subcontractor partners to ensure the quality of each detail in the space.
