DOS Partners purchased 1010 North Fairfax with the vision of a modern, multi-tenant workspace decked out with all the amenities that would attract the best tenants in the area. The original building, however, featured a classic single-tenant layout with a dense floor plan.

By working closely with the owner and architect, Pizzano brought the client’s vision – complete with one of Old Town’s only rooftop decks and an open layout to foster creativity – to fruition at a competitive price. Polished concrete floors and open ceilings throughout provide an industrial aesthetic, while bright color accents lend a warm and inviting feeling.
