Pizzano paired with FORM Architects to turn what was a dilapidated auto body shop into a state-of-the-art medical space with corporate offices. The project needed to meet stringent security specifications while employing the latest sustainable building practices to achieve LEED Gold Certification.

Pizzano installed two green roofs, a storm water management system and a three-story, living green screen. The reception atrium showcased a two-story, stone feature wall with a glass catwalk on the second floor. Pizzano expanded the building footprint to create a glass stair tower that ran from the ground floor to the rooftop terrace and parking deck.
