Quarters, the world’s largest co-living platform, leased 67k SF at The Highline at Union Market, a recently completed 315k SF apartment building. Quarters and W5 Group, a leading investor in Innovative Living, were wanting to convert 99 of the building’s 318 units to co-living space with 239 bedrooms. Pizzano Contractors were trusted with the unit conversions, and the project included full renovations of the building lobby and amenities.

Pizzano was faced with a very fast-paced schedule on this project requiring significant coordination with the building. The team was able to overcome the schedule timeline and complete the conversion of 99 apartments into 239 co-living bedrooms whilst the building was being occupied during construction. Simultaneously the team built our amenity spaces for the building. Premium finishes were featured throughout the furnished units and amenities.
