The National Beer Wholesalers Association (NBWA) represents America’s 3,000 independent beer and beverage distributors across the country. Pizzano partnered with HGA to deliver the NBWA's new Headquarters located in Old Town Alexandria.
In collaboration with the team, Pizzano transformed the NBWA's new headquarters into a space infused with brewery aesthetics, including glass, wood, metal, and brick. The space showcases Pizzano's in-house craftsmanship, featuring a hand-crafted bottle and keg wall. This project required significant value engineering to align with the client's budget. The Pizzano team used their experience and expertise to manufacture the prefabricated ceiling system themselves and implemented modifications to the flooring, glass, and lighting to reduce the estimated spend by 300K.
