Pizzano worked cooperatively with the tenant and landlord to complete a turn-key deal to meet Harmonia’s hard move-in date. During the design phase, Pizzano partnered with OTJ to build a space that met both the client’s budget and schedule constraints.

In six weeks, Pizzano built out the 15,000 square foot space with both open and private offices, multiple conference rooms, an elegant pantry and a custom reception desk.
