Pizzano Contractors were thrilled to be selected to complete the construction of the impressive 801 17th St Spec suite project for their long-standing client, Property Group Partners.
The project involved the demolition of the existing space, which Pizzano Contractors had previously constructed, to create this stunning 6,000 square foot spec suite designed by OTJ Architects. The space features premium finishes throughout, creating a functional, flexible, and sophisticated environment to impress potential tenants.
