The Elliott

This is some text inside of a div block.

Pizzano led the work on a newly completed ground-up build in the heart of historic Georgetown – The Elliott, a remarkable property comprised of five luxury condominiums. Pizzano's team was involved in every step of the process, from acquiring the land to overseeing the sales. Undertaking a project of this scale in a densely populated historic district was no easy feat, but Pizzano's team rose to the challenge to create one of the most coveted new residential properties in the neighborhood. Up next? More projects focused on preserving and revitalizing historic landmarks in the DC Metro area.

In the pursuit of creating an exceptional building, the team embraced creativity and forward-thinking at every stage of design and construction. They skillfully overcame numerous constructibility hurdles, resulting in the delivery of a highly efficient structure with breathtaking interiors. The project commenced by demolishing the original 60-year-old pizza shop and excavating a staggering one million pounds of dirt to make way for the parking deck. The selection of each design element was a meticulous process, ensuring the utmost attention to detail. From the awe-inspiring 10-foot ceilings and expansive oversized windows, to the convenience of private underground parking and in-unit elevator access, every aspect was carefully chosen. No expense was spared when it came to the finishes, boasting exquisite French oak floors and meticulously crafted custom lacquered cabinetry imported from Italy.
