555 4th Street NW

This is some text inside of a div block.

This stunning renovation of 555 4th Street NW, a 1980s office building, has transformed it into a cutting-edge Class A masterpiece. The creation of a breathtaking four-story-high lobby sets the tone for the entire building, showcasing a dramatic change from dark granite walls to contemporary porcelain panels and modern "floating" circle light fixtures.

Further enhancements will include a wall with a 4-story slatted millwork evoking a tree-like feel and an opposite wall featuring green Fitz Felt for sound attenuation, reminiscent of leaves. Additional highlights such as intricate terrazzo floors upgraded elevator lobbies, and all-new, luxurious bathrooms add a touch of elegance, creating a modern, appealing environment for potential tenants.

The renovation involved a complete gut and rebuild, including infrastructure updates to ensure a comfortable and safe environment. These updates included upgrades to the switchgear, replacement of the cooling tower, installation of new air handlers, state-of-the-art controls, a powerful new life safety generator, a renovated sprinkler system, and new electrical closets with advanced feeders and panels on every floor.
