Their challenge was to expand their\n offices while matching their existing finishes to create a seamless transition. The Wingate Hughes team was meticulous in matching the existing design\n where possible, and selecting complimentary finishes.

Custom glass film highlights Cobalt's brand on all office fronts, while raw concrete columns and ceilings deliver\n the industrial look Wingate Hughes aimed for. New offices, conference room, bike room, and open work areas were added in the expansion.

OTJ Architects set to the task and designed an adaptable and\n functional space that serves every purpose: open office space for the day to day functions of Anheuser-Busch’s lobbying arm, flexible conference\n space with movable glass partitions, and a beautiful, round-robin bar as the centerpiece.

Specialty and custom finishes were installed\n throughout the space with beechwood slat ceilings (used for Budweiser barrels) as a special homage to the brand.
