The transformation is highlighted by 20,000 square feet of high-end spec suites, ranging from 1500 to 3500 square feet, offering turnkey offices that seamlessly blend opulence with practicality.
Complementing this, a 6,500 square foot amenity space beckons with divisible rooms, expansive breakout zones, and state-of-the-art conference rooms, all thoughtfully equipped with AV capabilities.
This unique space helped attract a highly regarded tenant base of Fortune 500 companies and achieved a 70% occupancy rate for the client within 3 months, proving that a thoughtful remodel can reinvigorate office spaces, giving them new life – and new revenue.
