This interior renovation transformed this existing tenant suite into a sophisticated workplace for the client that reflects their legacy and supports their evolving needs. The design features a hospitality-focused hub with a full kitchen, multi-functional conference rooms, private offices, and shared support areas. Layered finishes, curated details, and a moody color palette establish a refined, brand-centric atmosphere from the moment of entry.
Architectural challenges, including curved walls and a constrained floorplate, were met with tailored furniture solutions and spatial planning. A prominent structural column in the narrow entry corridor was reimagined as a fluted focal point inspired by the building’s historic façade. Every element was crafted to support team operations, host dignified guest interactions, and express the company’s identity.
