The scope included a strategic series of finish upgrades designed to elevate the look and feel of the shared spaces. Key elements of the renovation involved finish swaps, reworking existing millwork, and installing new lighting fixtures to create a brighter, sleeker atmosphere. To further modernize the lobbies, glass accent columns and partition walls were added—introducing transparency and clean lines that align with contemporary design trends.
