Tierra Encantada - Arlington

This is some text inside of a div block.

Pizzano Contractors was approached to transform a vacant Staples retail store into Tierra Encantada’s newest Arlington location: a state-of-the-art early education and childcare facility.

The scope included extensive interior and exterior modifications to support the I-4 daycare use, such as selective window replacements, new door and window openings, and infill of removed elements. A new fully automatic sprinkler system was installed, along with enhanced HVAC systems and all-new lighting designed for the center’s unique needs. The space also includes a full commercial kitchen, kitchenette, and a secure outdoor play area, supporting Tierra Encantada’s mission of creating safe, engaging environments for children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
