Rosewood Townhomes

This is some text inside of a div block.

Pizzano helped The Rosewood Hotel expand its boutique hospitality offering by transforming two historic 1890s Georgetown townhouses into high-end luxury suites.

Each two-story residence features original fireplaces, mantels, and brickwork, paired with discreetly integrated modern systems and finishes. Every detail was executed to meet the highest standards of comfort, quality, and design.

The project team overcame significant challenges, including restoring an eight-foot retaining wall, coordinating new utility services within 130-year-old structures, and working closely with local preservation authorities to approve historically accurate materials and colors. Rear-alley service access was introduced to maintain the elegance of the streetscape, ensuring a seamless guest experience rooted in place and luxury.
