This project involved a complete buildout of a warm-dark shell space for PAEA, transforming it into a fully functional and modern office environment. The space includes a well-designed kitchen area, featuring sleek cabinetry, a bright backsplash, and a spacious dining area, creating an inviting atmosphere for employees. Adjacent to this, the project expanded into an existing suite, adding additional workspaces and collaborative zones. The office is designed with open, bright areas and clean finishes, creating a professional yet comfortable work environment. The modern conference rooms, equipped with AV capabilities, allow for seamless meetings and presentations.
An expansion to the existing corridor was incorporated, along with the construction of a demising wall to separate the new corridor from the existing PAEA suite. This design choice allowed for better organization of the space, ensuring a smooth flow and maintaining functionality while accommodating the expansion needs. The integration of natural light from expansive windows throughout the space helps elevate the overall aesthetic, creating a vibrant environment for both employees and visitors. The PAEA project demonstrates a careful balance of functionality, comfort, and design, ensuring that it serves the client's needs while also enhancing the workspace experience.
