The construction of the fitness center at 5335 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, marks a significant enhancement to the building’s amenities. This 3,338-square-foot facility transforms a former business space into a modern exercise room, offering a dynamic environment for wellness and fitness.
In collaboration with design professionals, the project involved selective demolition and the construction of new walls, millwork, and high-end finishes, along with upgraded electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Thoughtfully designed to complement the building’s aesthetic, the fitness center features premium materials and contemporary lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere. A glass partition provides a striking view of the building’s interior core, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity within the space.
