80 M Street is the first-ever mass timber office building in Washington, DC, and was awarded Best Sustainable Development by The Washington Business Journal Best Real Estate Deals in 2023. Since then, there has been a flurry of lease activity, reflecting strong interest in this thoughtfully designed space.

Pizzano Contractors completed their second phase of spec suites along with an amenity space and bathrooms at 80 M Street, partnered with the design team from Hickok Cole, contining the building’s commitment to thoughtful design and high-end finishes. The spec suites at 80 M exemplify thoughtful detail and design. With an impressive ceiling heights, contemporary finishes, and expansive glass window systems that shed natural light on the space. The shared spaces feature warm wooden detailing that adds natural texture and sophistication, complemented by sleek glass elements that create an open and airy feel. In the bathrooms, carefully selected tilework enhances both durability and aesthetics, contributing to a polished and modern environment.
