Featuring contemporary finishes, expansive glass window systems that flood the interiors with natural light, and carefully curated lighting accents, the suites offer a seamless blend of sophistication and efficiency. Custom millwork and accented design elements further enhance the workspace, adding both versatility and visual appeal. Since their completion, these spec suites have significantly contributed to increased leasing activity in this impressive building.
