Pizzano Contractors completed a building repositioning of 660 North Capitol Street, a striking glass-wrapped building on Capitol Hill.
Our team delivered high-quality spec suites, alongside full lobby and penthouse renovations. The redesigned lobby includes custom millwork, a stucco feature wall, and a bespoke reception desk. The penthouse and rooftop renovation, with stunning views of the Capitol building, includes an operable glass partition as well as premium Kettal canopies to allow for indoor-outdoor functions.
