Pizzano was an obvious choice for this project given its 30-year relationship with the building’s previous nine-floor tenant, Covington & Burling. Working alongside Fox Architects Pizzano transformed the Rooftop Terrace into a premium outdoor space.
This project involved significant structural work, utilizing their experience with the building Pizzano coordinated with the base building engineer to devise a structural plan which significantly reduced costs. Pizzano also installed operable shade structures and completed the project with premium exterior finishes and landscaping.
