Superintendent

Superintendents at Pizzano Contractors are responsible for managing all on-site activities for a project. Responsibilities include but are not limited to communication with all project participants (subcontractors, building management, architect, client, project manager, etc.), overseeing jobsite safety, achieving the project schedule and maintaining the highest standards of quality craftmanship.

Job requirements:

• Five years of experience as a superintendent on commercial projects.
  
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
  
• Capacity to carry out physical requirements of the job.
