When Sentinel Real Estate decided to modernize 1201 Pennsylvania Ave. into a Class A office building, Pizzano was an obvious choice given its 30-year relationship with the building’s previous nine-floor tenant, Covington & Burling.
Pizzano demolished eight floors and conducted a full building HVAC upgrade (including outside air, new floor air handling units, VAVs and new controls). Pizzano also built out corridors, renovated the existing restrooms and installed a new fitness center.
