Pizzano Contractors completed 2 Phases of this 200,000 square foot project. Phase I contract requirements necessitated a 30 day completion on 15,000 square feet of office and computer room space and an additional 15,000 feet within 45 days from notice to proceed. Phase II included demolition and reconstruction for specialized lab areas, open bay assembly areas, visualization room, health club and mock up areas. Specialty work included raised computer room flooring, extensive mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, structural steel and concrete to add 5,000 square feet of office and storage space, fourteen roll-up doors in existing masonry walls, and necessary site work.
Corporate Headquarters
Pizzano Contractors has completed construction of 22,000 square feet of office space and manufacturing for General Dynamics. This project includes Executive office space, Conference Rooms, a Video Teleconferencing Center and Marketing Presentation Rooms as well as a 50,000 square foot Engineering Manufacturing and Design.
